You can cancel the order within 2 hours of placing your order by sending an email to Customer Service with your order number and reasons to cancel.

We will process your order cancellation and refund within 2 business days.

Return Refund Policy

• Order cancellation for order that has been dispatched.
• Shipment return as a result of the package being by customer.
• Shipment return as a result of wrong shipping information provided by customer.

You would be responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us before returning a bracelet, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees)

Please note that, because we sell custom-made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers that is why, we do offer the Return/Exchange Policy.

Please contact our customer service within 31 days of receipt, if you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase. We can arrange the refund of the item price. Please note that the order processing, shipping fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges are final and non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges.

Bracelets must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and show no signs of wear or usage. Upon receiving the returned item within 2 working days, we’ll issue to your original payment method.
